Additional Important Information
Casual dining • On site providing good quality meals and open breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days.
Payment • First night’s tariff (plus credit card surcharge) will be taken from credit card to secure your booking. Balance of payment will be taken upon departure.
Cancellation • A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days notice of cancellation is received. 50% of one night’s accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received. (Credit card surcharge is non-refundable)
Credit Card Surcharge • The charges are Mastercard/Visa 1% plus GST and Diners/Amex 3.5% plus GST.
Child Policy • Any child occupying a bed will be classified as adult and calculated into the room occupancy. Children under 3yrs are free.
Porterage Not Included.
